My main areas of practice
I specialise in advising on transactions in the Renewable Energy sector on the one hand and advising shareholders in judicial and extrajudicial corporate disputes and post-M&A disputes on the other.
Furthermore, I advise companies and entrepreneurs on a wide range of Corporate and Commercial Law issues.
I advise our clients in German and English.
My background
I studied in Munich and have been working as a lawyer in Munich since 2015.
Before joining Fieldfisher, I worked for two and a half years at a Munich boutique law firm specialising in Corporate Law and Private Equity/Venture Capital. Prior to that, I had already gained in-depth experience in Insolvency Law as well as in the management of complex litigation proceedings.
