Since 2021, my main responsibilities within the Just Purpose team include managing and delivering our Community work in the UK, whilst supporting the wider Community strategy and operations at Fieldfisher. My experience includes managing partnerships with civil society organisations, co-managing our Manchester community initiatives, and contributing to a range of policies, reports, and communications. My role enables our people to combat societal issues and drives societal action at the firm.
In 2024, I achieved a Distinction in my Level 4 Corporate Social Responsibility & Sustainability Practitioners Apprenticeship at Fieldfisher. I value my real-life experiences to champion diversity and inclusion at the firm as an active member of the firm's RISE network. I am Vietnamese and the first generation in my family to attend University, having graduated with a Law degree from the University of Birmingham.
