My main areas of practice
I specialise in advising on national and cross-border M&A transactions and joint ventures, particularly in the Technology, Infrastructure and Renewable Energy sectors. Thanks to my many years of experience in these areas, I have in-depth industry knowledge and a broad understanding of the respective business models.
Furthermore I provide comprehensive advice on all questions of general company law.
I advise our clients in German and English.
My background
I completed my studies at Saarland University, specialising in Commercial Law. Then I completed my legal clerkship at the Higher Regional Court of Saarland.
Before joining Fieldfisher, I worked for several years as a Corporate/M&A lawyer for one of the world's leading Commercial Law firms.
