I am a partner in the Financing department of the Paris office.
I work for all types of financial institutions and debt funds, as well as for sponsors and companies at both national and international level. I focused my practice on French and international acquisitions and leveraged finance and I act for financial institutions, direct landing funds and mezzanine debt providers.
I have a strong expertise in:
- LBO financing,
- corporate financing,
- fund financing and
- project finance.
I began my career at Société Générale in 2007 before joining the legal profession and joining Ayache in 2011. I then joined Reed Smith's finance team until 2017, before being promoted to Counsel in Simmons & Simmons' financial markets department. I then joined McDermott, where I developed my structured finance practice for banks and debt funds.
I hold a master's degree II in Private Law from the Jean Monnet University (Paris XI - Sceaux), a Specialized master's degree in International Business law and Management from ESSEC Business School and an LLB from the University of London International Programmes.
I was admitted to the Paris Bar in 2011.
I speak French and English.
