I am dual qualified in English and Scots law and I have experience across a broad range of finance work including Project Financing, Commodities and Prepayment Facilities, Corporate Debt and Asset Based Lending. I also head of the Firm's ESG Finance group which focusses on Green and Sustainability Linked financing across sector groups.
I act for a range of UK and International lenders and also corporate borrowers, acting for a number of the Firm's Corporate clients on their debt finance needs. Clients include: eEnergy Group plc, Cornish Metals Limited, Gemcorp Commodities Trading, Traxys Europe, J.P. Morgan Bank, Finstella Limited, BNF Bank plc and HICO Holding Private Limited.
Within the Energy sector, I have specific experience advising on the Project Financing transactions across the Renewables, Mining and Oil & Gas space, both in the UK and internationally, with an increased focus on Emerging Markets jurisdictions.
Further experience in the energy and commodities sector includes advising Traxys Europe on commodities prepayment facilities, Gemcorp Commodities on numerous Mining and Oil & Gas projects and advising Cornish Metals Limited on their royalty arrangements.
