Furthermore, I have participated in the design, creation and implementation of a diverse range of projects in the field of criminal compliance for national and multinational companies, foundations, associations and political parties.
Moreover, my vision of, and my comprehensive knowledge, and passion for, criminal law have led me to take on the defence of numerous cases in the field of prison policy law, both before the Sentencing Council and sentence enforcement courts, and in the field of prison monitoring. I combine this work with the exercise of my role as Member of the Prison Policy Law Commission of the Lawyers Association of Barcelona.
In addition, I am the author of several legal articles and I have been invited to speak and participate at a number of conferences and on university courses on the subject of criminal and procedural law, compliance and prison policy law.
