European law firm Fieldfisher will be hosting the second edition of its IR35 Roundtable at its Birmingham office on Thursday 27 June.
Following the success of its first event in London in April to discuss how private sector employers are complying with the UK's new IR35 tax legislation, which comes into force in April 2020, the firm's Employment and Tax Disputes teams have received significant interest in a regional version of this educational roundtable.
The event will be attended by HR Directors and Legal Counsel from private sector employers across the UK, to participate in a collaborative discussion of how the forthcoming changes to off-payroll working will impact their business and to share solutions being adopted.
The session will draw upon the experiences of the public sector, where similar changes came in to force in April 2017.
Full details of the event are listed below.
