Charity registration process change from 1 March 2012

Gift Aid declarations change
HMRC has issued revised guidance on what must be contained in Gift Aid declarations. All new Gift Aid declarations must include new wording. HMRC has confirmed to Fieldfisher that existing Gift Aid declarations will not require amendment. For further detail see our alert.
