I specialise in the investigation and presentation of cases for hearing before disciplinary committees of regulatory bodies. I also am involved in advising regulatory bodies in relation to all aspects of their statutory functions, as well as in relation to their practices and procedures.
I also have significant expertise in advising on defence litigation and dispute resolution; specifically the strategic management of corporate claims, acting on behalf of insurers, re-insurers, brokers and self-insured corporate clients in the healthcare, retail and hospitality sectors.
I have wide ranging experience in advising private clients in the healthcare sector on corporate governance matters to include clinical crisis and risk management issues.
I have also advised on high value complex clinical negligence claims, including catastrophic and fatal injury matters, advising on the instruction of experts, questions of liability and causation and quantum for damages.
