Fieldfisher partners with Twins Trust to support families of twins, triplets and more

We are very pleased to be newly partnering with the Twins Trust and its community to support families bringing up twins, triplets and more.

The initiative is led by Partner Julia Hamilton, herself the mother of twins, who specialises in acting for families affected by birth injury, particularly involving cerebral palsy. Legal director Marcos Eleftheriou specialises in supporting families through their legal claim, helping them rebuild their lives and prepare for the future. 

The team fully understands the intricacies of maternity care needed for mothers carrying multiple babies. Wherever appropriate, we lobby for better understanding of the higher risk of complications involved with such pregnancies, and for safer care for all mothers and babies.
